Coaching Approach in Leadership Training
The requirement to manage the change and dynamics in the world is reflected in the corporate world as a requirement to manage differences. Now we know that, for an executive, being aware of each human resource in the team, to see the potential, and to discover ways to increase motivation is no less important than managing the business. Towards this purpose, applying coaching skills under different management functions may increase the influence of the executive in the management and leadership culture.
This program aims at allowing the participants to balance the business and human management, and towards this purpose, to improve their leadership skills, apply delegation and feedback methods through a coach-like approach and thereby strengthen their personal leadership skills and contributions to the company.
The target is to help the executive to manage his/her effect on business and human management consciously, in awareness of different leadership styles, and therefore enhance his/her personal motivation as well as the team’s motivation.
