Today, mentoring has become a very important tool that helps companies to transfer knowledge and experience. Mentoring allows the more systematic sharing of experience within the company, which in turn, helps internal resources to foster. On the other hand, it ensures mentors –fostered internally- to make institutional contributions and also enhances their motivation. Through theoretical and applied studies as part of the ¨Mentoring Skills Training for Executives¨ program, the participants:

• Raise motivation to become the practitioner of a structured mentoring process

COACHING SKILLS TRAINING

¨Coaching Skills” program, designed for participants responsible for team management, aims at allowing executives to strengthen their influence in relation management and communication while utilizing the coaching approach more actively in mobilizing the team.

The program aims to ensure that the executive experiences basic coaching skills and thereby strengthens the cooperation and constructive interaction in the team. Throughout the program, basic coaching skills are practiced and actively used.
